Vitamin A

This vitamin plays important role for the growth and development of the hair. The content of antioxidants will prevent free radical damage to the hair follicle. Lack of vitamin A can cause hair dull and dry. While an excess of vitamin A can lead to hair loss.

The recommended consumption is about 5,000-25,000 IU of vitamin A per day. Foods that contain a lot of vitamin A such as milk, eggs, carrots, duck, fish, and liver. Do not forget, that your body need  zinc to helps the absorption of vitamin A.

The Benefits of eating Seaweed is same with Jogging for 1.5 hours

Replacing food with seaweed is one of reduced-calorie diet. According to research conducted on 79 men who are obese, the result proved that the benefits of eating breakfast with seaweed reduces the amount of calories the same as if someone ran on a treadmill for 1.5 hours.

Quoted by The Thelegraph, the type of seaweed that is used to study is intact seaweed, and not the powder. Intact seaweed has high mineral content as well as natural nutrients because of their habitat, the sea. Sea had a lot of mineral and salt content. Sheffield Hallam University, organizer of the study, no longer using salt as taste, because seaweed already contain a lot of salt.
