Which one is Better? Juice or Fruit?

How to differentiate nutritional content in fruit juice and real fruit, and which one is better? You often hear that drink fruit juice is a great way to live healthy. You will get a lot of vitamins and other nutritional benefits from fruit juice. But is it so? In fact eating real fruit is a healthier way than fruit juice.

What is missing in fruit juice?
Fruit juice lack of two important things, which are fiber and leather. Sometimes there are a lot of fruit juice that doesn't contains 100% real fruit. Sometimes the juice is added by water and sugar to make the taste more delicious.

Benefits of rind
Rind from fruit that can be eaten like apples, blueberries, apricots, grapes, plums, currants, raspberries and strawberries contain a lot of nutritional content. Rind interacts with sun and form a variety of different colors that contain various nutrients such as carotenoids and flavonoids that are useful to improve our health. Fruits such as grape rind have been studied for its ability to reduce cancer risk and help protect the body from ultraviolet rays.

Unfortunately when making fruit juice, most of rind was removed.

Fiber
One of the advantages of fruit is fiber. Fruits contain fiber, which is basically high. When fruit made in juice, fiber will disappear.

Is fruit juice is not healthy?

Juice has experienced reduction in levels of fiber and important nutrients. Sometime Juice become a source of sugar that does not have many nutrients that can cause weight gain. Fruit juices may also increase blood sugar much more quickly than fruit. Therefore, excess fruit juice can increase your daily calorie intake significantly.

Eat fruit is more recommended than drink fruit juice, but if you want to drink because of practical reason,  include the rind into the juice when consumed and do not add sugar to reduce calories.
